One of the “Stand-Out Companies” to Receive 2025 Thrive Award

Cathay Bank received its second Thrive Award at the annual Thrive Summit, hosted by Personify Health in Orlando, Florida. One of just 12 companies to receive this prestigious recognition, the Bank was one of two recipients of the Experience Award, which honors organizations innovating the employee experience and fostering connected experiences above benchmarks that drive loyalty, trust, and satisfaction.

“Cathay Bank has had consistent year over year enrollment at 76%, exceeding benchmark by 13 points and impressive engagement at 70% also exceeding benchmark by 31 points,” said Kristen Larson, Personify Health’s Senior Vice President of Client Growth, when making the award presentation. “Through our strong partnership, the Bank is continuously implementing solutions to innovate and add programming that meets their population needs and high-risk areas.”
